The second session invites participants into a reflective Q&A and group activity connecting personal or community migration stories to collective solidarity.

Marie-Lou Andresen, MD

Yoga and Qigong Instructor

This workshop helps participants explore a question many wellness seekers face: "Which practice is better for me —yoga or qigong?” Rather than offering a single answer, the session compares how each tradition supports physical health, emotional balance, stress reduction, and overall well-being. Participants will also learn and try simple yoga postures, qigong movements, and mindful meditation so they can feel the difference directly. By the end, they will have the clarity to choose the approach that aligns with their needs, whether they are seeking strength, calm, energy flow, or deeper grounding.
