Join this fun and social edible plant foraging trip with Patric Bösch, and learn about edible species in parks.Course holder Patrick Bösch is a certified Wild Edible Plants Expert and Mushroom Identification Expert. He shares his engagement and knowledge about edible species you can find in parks in Trondheim. The course will includ field theory, guided foraging and food samples using edible plants.

Participants should bring:

-Tupperware / Food Boxes / (zip-lock)bags, 5-6 sheets of moist kitchen paper (to bring your catch home)
- Weather appropriated Clothing
