The Biscayne Neighborhoods Association invites you to an important 2026 Legislative Update—an evening dedicated to the issues shaping Edgewater’s future.
Join us on January 15th for a timely and informative conversation with Commissioner Damian Pardo, focused on the policies, pressures, and opportunities impacting our neighborhood today.
This rescheduled update will dive deep into the topics Edgewater residents care about most, including:
- Overdevelopment and neighborhood scale
- Infrastructure capacity and traffic impacts
- Key updates from City Hall that directly affect Edgewater
- North Bayshore Drive Traffic Study
You’ll also hear progress updates on:
