Eden Wellness Festival

Something special is happening this Saturday morning.

On March 14th, the garden of the Federal Palace Hotel in Victoria Island becomes the setting for the Eden Wellness Festival, a curated outdoor experience built around movement, restoration and connection.Across the morning you can move through high-energy sessions like HIIT, dance fitness, trampoline workouts, spinning and a Padel clinic, or slow things down with yoga, Pilates and breathwork.

Beyond the sessions, there will also be a thoughtful mix of wellness brands, health activations and spaces designed simply for you to pause and reset.

This event is free and open to the wellness community.
