These are small, facilitated conversations for founders navigating expansion - and wanting to do it with greater clarity, stronger structure, and protected margin.
As businesses grow, complexity increases.
Decisions multiply.
Pressure compounds.
Without intentional design, that pressure often concentrates on the founder - impacting not just operations, but profitability and leadership capacity.
Each session explores a different aspect of how businesses are structured to scale and what must evolve as growth continues.

Where Growth Starts to Strain
This session focuses on:
- identifying where structure is no longer supporting growth
- understanding how margin is affected by operational design
- exploring what needs to exist before the next stage of scale
This is a facilitated conversation - not a workshop, presentation, or sales event.
There’s no advice-giving, fixing, or performance.
Just space to think more clearly, alongside other founders navigating similar stages of growth.
You do not need to have attended a previous Eden Growth Session to join. Each session stands on its own.
Who This Session Is For
This session is designed for founders and operators who are actively growing their business and beginning to feel the weight of that growth.
Most participants are navigating:
- increasing complexity
- expanding responsibility
- evolving leadership roles
The room is intentionally peer-based, with a focus on those building and scaling — not just starting out.
About the Spring Series
The Spring series begins April 16 and is centered on The Architecture of Growth - a progression of conversations focused on designing businesses that scale with strength, clarity, and sustainability.
Each session is offered as a standalone experience.
Location
Sessions are held at Harvest Store & Café (after hours).
A ticket is required for entry. Light refreshments are included.
