The eveningis structured as follows:
• 18:30 - Arrival, with music to warm you up for dancing.
• 19:00 - Workshop to ground yourself in your body and connect with others
• 19:20 - Live Music & DJ
• 21:00 - Closing session together.
During the dance:
Everyone follows their own dance flow—alone, in pairs, in small groups, or with the whole group—unfolding in co-creation.
What can you expect?

Agreements:
• Everyone takes good care of themselves.
• By doing so, we also take care of each other.
• We engage with awareness, using sense and consent.
• In partner or group dance, we remain aware of the space and the people around us -we don’t disappear into our own bubble. This keeps it pleasant and safe for the group.
• We are silent in the dance space & dressingroom
• We meet in sobriety—no drugs or alcohol.
• We do not wear perfumes or aftershave.
• Mobile phones, watches and bags remain in the dressingroom
• Refunding tickets once purchased is not possible. No refunds will be made unless the event is canceled by the organization,
What should you bring?
• Comfortable, fresh dance clothing in multiple layers so you can adjust based on temperature.
• Socks or slippers
• Your own water bottle or cup (no glass or ceramic)
• A willingness to listen to your body and follow your creative, authentic flow.

• We dance in the "Binderij" of Kanaal30 - Kanaalweg 30, 3526KM Utrecht
• Our entrance is at the very back of the building, where the large Carpark is. You can park your car (and bike) there for free
