Ecstatic Wednesdays is a weekly gathering designed to release stress, uplift your spirit, and connect you with a vibrant community.
Experience ecstatic dance and powerful breathwork with rotating DJs and facilitators.

- Freeform dance – Move however your body desires.
- Guided Breathwork facilitation (see guidelines)
