About the event
Ecstatic Ritual is an expressive soul offering we share in collectively by weaving free form dance, soundscape meditation, and art/ poetry. The eclectic experience will stream from start to finish, beginning with open free form dance, flowing into a soundscape meditation and integrating with pad and pencils. Following our ritual ceremony of self discovery there will be an open circle to share your experience with the group if you feel led.
The intention as always is to receive energetic liberation and clarity by way of making the unconscious conscious. We can choose to invite revelation by practicing the act of “letting it all hang out” in a safe container free from judgements and dogmas allowing ourselves and others the gift of integration. We are whole, nothing is missing, all solutions reside within already.
