You will experience a powerful tantric breathing practice for deep healing and awakening for body, mind and soul and a crystal bowl sound healing for deep relaxation and integration.
Conscious breathing is a powerful key to opening up the channels for the life force energy to flow and deepening the awareness within. This tantric breathing practice will help de-stress, reduce anxiety, clear repressed emotions, trauma and subconscious blocks to awaken your being.
We circulate the energy up the chakras and deepen our connection to source and bridge the conscious and the subconscious spirit as we call in wholeness, freedom and the truth of who we truly are.
