Welcome to the Umanaya Tribe a Human-Heart Family

We invite you to join us for a four-day journey to explore the many ways of connecting with your heart and expressing what lies within nurturing a sense of true freedom.

Freedom to dance however you wish - alone or with others.

Freedom to sing - whether it’s just for yourself or in creation with others.

Freedom to play - expressing your inner child connected to the Earth allowing your body to be moved by the flow of Life.

What will we do?

Our program offers a wide range of experiences.

We will dance (of course) and move explore our voices through sounding and singing and play together with our bodies and instruments. 

There will be mind-body practices fire gatherings drumming swimming time spent in nature sauna sessions nourishing food and most importantly—deep human connection.

With the intention to release blockages through the freedom of expression

Tickets

We want to enable everyone to join this experience, therefore we choose a flexible ticket system where you can choose to pay a little bit more, if you can, in order to help someone that can only afford to pay a bit less. Like this we can support each other within the tribe and balance each other.

Therefore the three price categories:

• you support the tribe
• standard
• you are supported by the tribe

The ticket price includes everything: accommodation, food and facilitation.

The retreat is taking place on the magical land of Le Moulin d'Abondance, hosted by a collective of artists and bodyworkers, (which 2/3 of Umanaya are part of). More about the Place: https://lemoulindabondance.com/

Accommodation

The place offers three options of accommodation:

• Rooms (1 single room, 2 double rooms, 2 tree-bed rooms, some of them with private bathroom. Get in contact with us to see which room suits you, if you don't want us to choose for you)
• Dorm (1 single bed in a 5-bed dormitory)
• Camping (bring a tent, a camper, or hammock and choose a spot on our beautiful land. If you cannot bring your own tent, there are a few to rent from the facilities)

Food

You will be served tree delicious, nutritious, organic and vegetarian or vegan meals per day. Our kitchen hosts Antoine and Janne are very passionate and creative cooks and will feed our bodies and souls. (Btw.
