Somos Guerreros | We Are Warriors w/ Lynsey Ayala Rinaldi
Host: Lynsey Ayala Rinaldi
Info: Join Lynsey Ayala Rinaldi of Yabisi for a remembrance activation—a space to reclaim and reconnect to the warrior within. This workshop is guided by the wisdom of the Orishas as expressed through our Plantcestors.
In “Somos Guerreros” (We Are Warriors), we’ll explore the ritual and practice of Barridas—spiritual sweepings for protection and energetic clearing. Together, we’ll learn about herbs that hold the axé of the Orishas Exú, Ogum, Oxóssi, and Oxum, weaving their strength and insight into our practice.
Through this hands-on experience, you’ll learn the art of barridas as a ritual of energetic renewal to support and protect you through challenging times. Working with fresh herbs, you’ll create your own bundle to take home—an offering and tool to continue these ancestral practices in your daily life.
