What to Bring: Yoga mat (optional) some people prefer stretching and using the environment as a self guided sound bath. Water bottle and small towel to dry yourself off with. If you dance even half of the time, you’ll need it.

If you missed him the first time, you get another chance to experience Ecstatic Dance with DJ Eman! In my opinion, the best way to experience Ecstatic Dance is with live music.
