Ecstatic Flow creates safe, empowering spaces for community to come together to consciously celebrate life, connect with one another, and return more fully to self.
We follow the flow we’ve been moving with for over three years now: opening circle, cacao ceremony, embodiment practice, ecstatic dance and sound healing journey.
This is a judgment-free space where you are welcomed exactly as you are. A place to arrive fully, feel deeply, express freely, reconnect with your true essence, take up the space you need, move what's stagnant, shake off what's ready to go.
It is also a beautiful opportunity to meet wonderful people and create genuine, meaningful connections and friendships.
No previous experience is needed. Whether it’s your first time or you’re arriving on your own — we trust you will feel welcome here.

There is plenty of parking space in front of the building.
We open doors to the venue at 17.00. At the door, glow up booth with face paint, glitter and face jewelry is available. Come in good time if you would like to glow yourself up and connect with others as you land in the space.
Please arrive to the venue latest at 17.45. We open the main space at 17:45, and we start at 18.00.

𝘌𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘧𝘢𝘯𝘰 𝘏𝘢𝘻𝘦 — a conscious DJ with many years of experience sharing music around the world and a holistic space holder.
At every event we are joined by different sound alchemists who facilitate sound healing journey and bring elements of live music to the experience.

• No shoes, dancing with socks or indoor shoes is welcome
• No talking on the dance floor
• No dress code, but please wear clothing that covers intimate areas

• Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
• Dress in layers — prepare for heat and cool down.
• Bring a mug for the cacao ceremony so we can reduce paper cup waste.
• Bring a yoga mat and/or a blanket to lie on for the sound healing journey.
