We are so excited to be bringing Chakra dancing to Bournemouth. Ruth McEwen, a fully qualified Chakra Dancing and Mindful Meditation Therapist, Reiki Master and Sound Healer, who runs weekly classes in Swanage, has been invited by Judez to facilitate Chakra Dancing and Guided Meditation in Bournemouth.
Chakra Dancing is a free-form somatic movement and dance therapy that encourages the dancer to move mindfully to beautiful music, specially selected to resonate with the vibrations of each of the body’s 7 major chakras, or energy centres. Ruth takes you on a journey to open and rebalance your chakras from your root chakra to the crown.
