🕖 Doors open at 7:00 PM - Enjoy calming, meditative music to stretch, ground, and arrive (in silence).
🕢 At about 7:20 PM the dance journey begins!
🧘♂️ Around 8:50 PM we cool down and rest with sweet meditative sounds and mini gong-bath
We close with a sharing circle – speak or just be.
