What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic Dance is a free-form, non-judgmental movement practice where you can express yourself through dance, explore your inner world, and connect with others in a welcoming space. No choreography, no talking—just you, the music, and your natural rhythm.
What to Expect: ✨ A safe, inclusive space to dance freely
✨ Music that takes you on a journey—starting with grounding beats and building into energetic rhythms
✨ A heart-opening Cacao Ceremony/ or Herbal Tea Ceremony before the dance to set intentions
✨ Social time afterward to relax and connect with the community

📍 Where: Lodge Farm Community Centre, Northampton
⏰ Time: 3.30pm-5.30pm
🎟 Cost: £15 drop-in / £44 for a 4-session pass / £55monthly unlimited, including 50% off for monthly special events
