Memphis Movement Co. invites you into an elevated Ecstatic Dance experience inside the stunning halls of the Memphis Scottish Rite. This is a consciously held, substance-free space for free-form movement, emotional release, and authentic connection, guided by music, atmosphere, and community.
Expect a journey that begins with grounding and gentle guidance, builds into a high-energy wave, and lands you back home in your body. This is dance as ritual: a place to explore both light and dark through movement, without performance, without pressure, and with deep respect for everyone’s experience. Please note that during this event, the floor will be padded.
