Ecstatic Dance San Diego is back in Encinitas this Friday at Dance North County on April 4th featuring DJ Haj with opening Dragon Majik Dance curated by the Elven Wizard. We invite you to come dressed embodying your inner dragon and majik.Ecstatic Dance is a community movement, a sacred space for you to explore, unwind and unfold your true expression.
Come be held by the dance floor, the music and the community, connect non-verbally with yourself and others and tap into the magic of this liberating movement space.

DJ Haj is a globally minded DJ with bass inclinations. Reaching into the past and looking to the future, Haj has musical roots that run deep.
Co-founder of Sub Swara, Freek Factory and resident DJ of Body Temple in NYC, Haj has a storied history of creating and DJ’ing conscious dance events. Mixing his own unique blend of Coyote-Space-Hop, International Freekbeatz and other floor rumbling hi-djinx. Music of the soul.

Ecstatic Dance Guidelines
1. Move however you wish
2. No talking on the dance floor
3. Respect yourself and one another
4. No Shoes, No Booze
5. Please also refrain from photos, videos, strong scents/perfumes, glitter and shoes on the dance floor.
6. Touch is Sacred ~ Many people dance in their own space, and others share their space with another. To engage in a dance with someone, use sensitivity: Are they open to sharing their space with me? Mirror movements, offer a hand, brush by, make eye contact, and see & feel how they respond.
