Embracing Ayurveda: A daily routine for Balance and Wellness
Our daily routines are very important when it comes to our lives, as they can form the building blocks for enhancing our wellness. The concept of a daily routine is called Dinacharya in Ayurveda. In this workshop, I will guide you through a variety of Ayurvedic routines which you can incorporate immediately into your daily lives to improve your wellness.
Khichari ( a nourishing dish made with rice and mung beans) and herbal tea will be served, along with recipes so you can make this holistic food in the comfort of your own homes.
At the end of this workshop, you will leave with a foundational understanding of Dinacharya and how consistency, along with balance, can promote your overall well-being.
