Join us Sunday, April 6th in the Greenhouse for a 50-minute invigorating signature SALTY class with Sara Westendorf of SALTVAULT Hot Pilates Encinitas! Class will be followed by iced Cymbiotika Matcha!
Details:
- Class will begin at 1pm sharp.
- Allow ~15 minute for parking - please park on Paseo De Las Flores (a less than 5 minute walk from Fox Point Farms)!
- Bring a mat & wear clothes you can workout in.
- The Greenhouse is an outdoor/indoor environment - please wear sunscreen and/or bring sunglasses as needed!
