At this Ecstatic Dance we will go on a journey to a New Self, to our future reality. What it will be like - only you can choose. Moving our own energy ✨we will Manifest our best dreaming life✨And music, rhythm and dance will help you ascend to bliss and ecstasy. Welcome your New Self! It’s waiting for you!
✨Together with my co-creator DJ @colo_saravia we will guide you into the ecstatic and meditative dance journey.
✨About facilitator: my name is Natalie and I’m a certified Kundalini yoga teacher and Tantra facilitator. My individual spiritual path began 14 years ago with Kundalini practices: working with energy centres - chakras. My approach is to use our own energy as the main powerful source for creation and happiness. And our body is a wonderful instrument with which we can tune into our energy centers, cleanse the blockages, release our power and potential, and achieve ecstatic states.

- no alcohol or any substances -> we are high on our own energy
- no phones on a dance floor -> give yourself a freedom to be in a present moment
- no talks on a dance floor -> our communication is movement
- no shoes on a dance floor -> we dance barefoot to be connected with ground and mother Earth
