6:15 - 6:30 PM Esoteric Journey Warm up with Nell Tomassen Reboh: Guided esoteric journeys offer a space of unconditional love, helping participants reconnect with their essence, transmute discordant energies, and restore inner peace using sacred geometry. These experiences empower individuals to feel present, free, and deeply aligned with the cosmic heart.
6:30 - 7:45 PM Ecstatic Dance set with DJ JO JO: His custom set list for this Ecstatic Dance will lift you with ethereal soundscapes before grounding you in heart-pounding rhythms from around the world. Featuring African root music, Moroccan Club Dance, Euro Techno, Reggae, and vibrant beats from the Latino diaspora, it’s time to dance!
7:45 - 7:50 PM Grounding Meditation with Isha Now: A grounding heart meditation centers your energy, fosters inner peace, and connects you deeply to yourself and the earth.
7:50 PM - 8:00 PM Closing Circle
🕺 What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic Dance is a freeform dance practice where you can move however you feel without any judgment or concern for the "right" way to dance. It's a space for you to be yourself, let go of stress, and connect with others through the universal language of movement.
The Blessings of Ecstatic Dance:
- BE PRESENT (no phones or cameras)
- EMBODIMENT (no talking or verbal communication)
- CLEAR MIND (no intoxicants)
- BE CONSENSUAL (make eye contact and CONFIRM a “YES”, respect others' space, crossed arms or looking away means “NO”
- GROUNDING (no outside shoes)
- BE FREE. DANCE HOW YOU WANT. NO JUDGEMENT.
This event is produced by Just More Theater Inc., a non-profit 501 (c3) theater company dedicated to promoting arts education in schools as well as Isha Now, an organization spreading joy and bliss through movement and meditation.
