Come dance with us on the sand, next to the ocean and in harmony with nature – all ages welcome!

We’re gathering for a special Family Edition of Ecstatic Dance — a celebration of movement, music, and community on the beach. With the help of state-of-the-art silent headsets, you’ll be fully immersed in the music and deepen into the dance, while we honour the natural surroundings of this beautiful sandy dancefloor.

Whether you're a seasoned dancer or brand new to this practice, this is a space to move freely, express fully, and just move with whatever feels authentic to you. And yes, you can absolutly join this dance without children !

🎧 DJ Mama Amor

Get ready to journey into the heart of the music with Mama Amor, known for her deep, etheric, and bass rich sets that guide dancers into expansive inner landscapes.

Her carefully curated mix will open you up to what needs to be moved, celebration or grief, release and rejuvenation, play or stillness, your dance.

There will be a gentle warm up to settle us into our bodies before the Ecstatic dance set begins.

✨ What to Expect:

• Opening and closing circles to ground and connect
• A full ecstatic dance journey with silent disco headsets
• Freedom to move, rest, or explore at your own pace, the beach is yours !
• A dedicated kids' dance and creation space held by experienced guardians – so the little ones can safely express themselves with kite building, sandcastles, face painting and play, while you dive deep into your dance.

This is an alcohol-free, judgment-free event rooted in presence, joy, and reverence for the land and our bodies.

📍 Location: Caswell bay, far right corner (when facing the ocean)📅 Date & Time: 23rd August, 10am - 12pm.🎟️ Tickets: 15£ adult, children are free - older children who would like a headset (8.5£) , please ensure to book.

What to bring:

• Water
• Blanket or towel
• Layers for changing weather
• Swimsuit for an after dance dip

Please arrive at 9.45 to settle, the opening circle will be at 10am.
