Join us for Ecstatic Dance: Movement as Medicine, a journey of self-expression, release, and spiritual connection through free-form movement.
Facilitated by Jen Boulanger of Soul Energy Solutions, this experience is guided by a carefully curated musical journey designed to awaken the body, uplift the spirit, and invite you into a deeper connection with yourself.
No dance experience is needed — simply come as you are and move in whatever way feels natural to you. This is a safe and sacred space to explore flow, freedom, and play while honoring your body as a vessel of wisdom and healing.
Together, we create a supportive community space to move, feel, and reconnect with our most authentic selves. Come dance your medicine, release what no longer serves you, and open your heart to joy, freedom, and renewal.
The evening will close with a grounding meditation and healing session for all participants.

What to Bring:
• Comfortable clothing (layers recommended)

Doors close at 2:05 PM. Please arrive early to allow time for check-in.
Community Guidelines
To honor the sacred space:
• Respect personal space and boundaries
• No talking on the dance floor (let movement be your language)
• No photography or recording
• Practice non-judgment and self-acceptance
• Move in ways that feel safe and nourishing
• Consent is required for any physical interaction
• Barefoot dancing encouraged (unless medically necessary)
• Stay present and fully engaged
No-show attendee fees are non-refundable.
