ECSTATIC DANCE LBNY: SOLSTICE EDITION
December 22nd, join us for an evening of movement transformation and illumination as we celebrate the Winter Solstice in community!
This immersive ecstatic dance event invites you to embrace the longest night of the year within a curated sacred container with activities designed to clarify, connect and uplift.
The evening begins with a grounding opening ceremony. We then segue to our Warm-Up portion featuring Kundalini Meditation and Breathwork to foster aligned connection to spirit, followed by Somatic Chakra Activation to awaken our energy centers and prepare us for the dance. As we flow into the Ecstatic Wave, get ready to move with a vibrant ecstatic DJ set by Morgana, complemented by ethereal dance and musical performances that will elevate the atmosphere including a surprise multi-instrumentalist & trained performer/choreographer Hannah Sandhu presenting her dance piece "Yerushalayim shel zahav".
As we transition into the closing portion of the event, immerse yourself in a soothing, surround sound transcendental Soundbath led by a trio of experienced practitioners, providing a tranquil end to our shared journey.
Additionally, you can explore our Choose Your Own Adventure offerings, featuring an Herbal Elixir Bar of botanically inspired drinks and a Divination Station where you can gain insight into your path ahead as we descend deeper into the heart of winter & relish this period of the expanding light.
Early Bird Tickets live on November 23rd, so don’t miss your chance to be part of this magical celebration!
