A place to reconnect to your spouse/partner or your own inner child? Or perhaps you’re in recovery & need to have safe places to dance & socialize that don’t revolve around alcohol?
Or maybe you feel all wound up after a long week & just need to dance it out? 😅💦
Whatever your reason, know you’re not alone & you’ll be right at home at Ecstatic Dance.
What is Ecstatic Dance? It’s a freestyle dance that lasts 60-75mins. No partner or dance experience necessary. If you have a body you can dance!
What can you expect? The dances are done in a dimly lit room to music that’s a blend of tribal/electronic/jazz/reggae/latin & dance beats from around the world.
Don’t feel like dancing? No problem. Come in, sit down, grab a beverage & take it all in.
We do have a few dance guidelines we honor in order to make it a positive experience for all:
•Please arrive on time
•NO talking or phone calls during the dance
•Honor each other’s personal space & use the “bow out” approach if you prefer to dance solo/need more space
•Please dress modestly (we sometimes have children who attend)
Drinks: we will have a non-alcoholic botanical bar set up serving kava & kombucha drinks. Drinks: $3-5 ea
Cover: $15-20 | $5 kids under 12

Schedule:
7pm: Arrival
7:30pm: Opening circle (please arrive NO later than 7:30pm as doors will be locked)
7:45pm: Ecstatic Dance
9pm: Closing circle & potluck to follow. Please bring a snack/dish to share if you’re staying for potluck.
