Immerse yourself in movement, music, and meaning. Our Ecstatic Dance for a Cause session is a 30–45 minute guided dance journey curated with a “Joyful yet Reflective Vibes” playlist. It’s an opportunity to free your body, quiet your mind, and reconnect — all while supporting an important cause.
Ecstatic dance is a powerful way to promote both mental wellness and physical health. There are no steps to follow — just allow your body to move in its own rhythm. Every beat, every breath, every moment is yours to explore.
This is more than a dance. It’s a statement: movement + community + purpose.
All proceeds will support education for children in Cambodia through Because – Sport to Support.

This year we are supporting the Samrong Education Centre in Cambodia through Children of the Mekong. The goal is to raise SGD 16k which allows 14 kids to receive a full year of accommodation, food & education:
