After having a big snow and a hard freeze, the return of sunshine and warmth is a song of awakening to the seeds nestled in the moist soil.

Let us align with with this energy of the Earth and ourselves in this Ecstatic Dance Journey: Awakening!

In our time together in community, we will: weave sacred space, set intentions, explore a movement lexicon, embark on an ecstatic dance journey through curated music intended to facilitate a journey of awakening. As we land back, we will experience connection to each other, and a closing circle.

Ecstatic Dance is a beautiful way to:
*tone your nervous system
*process life events/thoughts/emotions
*explore your body/mind/thoughts/emotions beyond the constructs of "everyday consciousness"
*free your spirit
*return to your natural state of openness
*connect deeper with others/community
We will flow through opening ceremony (face painting optional), movement lexicon, dance, connection, closing ceremony.
*Wear comfortable clothes, and bring a water bottle.
