Welcome to Ecstatic Dance Iceland ✨Join us for a magical evening of movement, music, and connection.
We’ll begin with a delicious cup of ceremonial cacao to gently awaken the senses and open the heart.
From there, we’ll move into a warm and playful opening space: inviting voice activation, body exploration, and grounding warm-ups to arrive fully into ourselves.
We’ll then be guided into a soulful, uplifting DJ set by Luana Schwengber, facilitator and DJ from Brazil, as we transition into a journey of free and conscious dance.
Come as you are, and let your body move, express, and expand freely. 💛

✨ Ecstatic Dance ✨
Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement practice held in a safe, sober, and non-judgmental space. There are no steps to follow, no choreography, and no specific way to move: just music guiding the journey. It starts gently, helping you arrive in your body, and builds into deeper expression, release, and joy. Through movement, breath, and rhythm, it supports emotional release, stress relief, self-awareness, and a deeper connection to yourself and others. It’s a space to move freely, feel fully, and come home to your body.

✨ Cacao ✨
In this journey we will be offering 100% Cacao which will help us feel more comfortable in our bodies and help us drop deeper into our heart space, invoking more trust, more love and stronger connection with ourselves and each other. Cacao increases blood flow between the body and brain, giving us more focus and helps us move stuck energies and awaken creative flow - Full of Vitamins and Minerals, and helps the body to heal, detoxify and boosts your immune system.

✨Meet Luana✨
Luana is a dancer, DJ and facilitator from Brazil, she creates a safe space where people can explore the power of music, movement, and self-expression, inspiring deeper states of presence and connection.
She has been leading retreats and immersive workshops, combining elements of music, dance, voice, yoga and much more in more than 30 countries. She brings a rich cultural diversity to her offerings, inviting others to explore their authentic selves through the universal language of music.
