Ecstatic dance allows you to connect to the joy of movement through free-form expression and exploration of your body.
This dance will be themed around the spring equinox, a time of renewal and rebirth as the earth is beginning to awaken with this return of the light.⚡️
This practice will be loosely guided with lots of time and space to surrender your body to the beat and allow yourself to be moved by the music in a way that brings you home.
Express yourself in a fun and safe space free of judgement. Leave feeling uplifted, awakened and free to be yourself!☺️
