Guided Movement Class with Paladin Williams
We'll open the evening with a gentle movement workshop, starting with inward attention and curiosity, and slowly expanding the focus into relating with others in groups and partners. We will be exploring how to create connection with self and others through the music, the rhythm, patterns, mirroring, and playing with the spaces between our dancing bodies, the shared field of creative movement, with or without introducing physical contact.
Sound Bath with Annmarie Fore
The evening will conclude with a sound bath from professional sound healer Annmarie Fore. Annmarie brings wisdom, presence, and peace with an enchanting array of instruments and tools. A perfect way to integrate an evening of movement and magic.
