This time, we’re taking our dance to Scenehuset, Majorstuen, on September 26th from 7-10 p.m. Whether you are a seasoned dancer or new to Ecstatic Dance, this event is for everyone. Come as you are, and let the music move you in ways you never imagined.
What is our Conscious Club concept? 👇🏼
Our events combine the spiritual essence of traditional ecstatic dance with the energy of a vibrant club experience—free from drugs and substances.
Empress will set up their bar to serve delicious non-alcoholic drinks.
🌝 What to Expect:
- Warm-Up: We will begin with a gentle warm-up to get everyone in tune with their bodies.
- Main Dance: Let go of inhibitions as the music guides your movements. There is no right or wrong way to dance—follow your own rhythm and flow.
- Cool Down: After the dance, we will have a calming cool-down session to help you ground and integrate the experience.
🌝 What to Wear:
- Comfortable, loose-fitting clothes that allow you to move freely.
- Layers, as you might get warm while dancing.
- Barefoot or indoor shoes—whichever makes you feel most comfortable and connected to the ground.
🌝 What to Bring:
- A water bottle to stay hydrated.
- A towel if you expect to sweat.
- An open heart and mind, ready to embrace the experience.

- The dancefloor is a non-verbal space: we communicate through our bodies and movements.
- Respect personal space: be mindful of others around you.
- Substance-free environment: please refrain from using alcohol or drugs.
