We host a Women's-Only Full Moon Dance at the energetic peak of each month to dance as a community. This is an opportunity for self expression, reflection & release.

WHAT TO EXPECT ?

This dance is hosted at The Bath House in Hackney Wick, which is one of our favourite spaces in creative East London. The dance hall features an incredible custom made Quadraphonic Soundsystem to fuel your dance with 360° of audio. You are welcome to arrive before the opening circle to ground, settle into the space and enjoy a hot cup of cacao from the cafe with like-minded friends.

WHAT IS ECSTATIC DANCE?

• Ecstatic Dance is about freedom, expression and connection.
• A welcoming conscious dance community encouraging freeform dance where you can explore your true embodied movements and nature in a space of non-judgement.
• The DJ will take you on an energetic muliti genre journey that invites you to follow your body's natural rhythm, reaching a high peak before dropping back down to stillness.
• The dance floor is a non-verbal space where mindful movement and presence is encouraged. The intention is for you to tap into your own unique energy and experience the joy of movement as a way to release tension, feel alive, and connect with others.
• Dancing in this way changes the way we feel, boosting our self- worth and self-acceptance.
• The best part is being part of a community, dancing together

• A limited number of tickets will be available for sale at £20 on the night. Card payments are accepted.
