AS WE LISTEN DEEPER TO YOUR BODIES, THE DANCEFLOOR OPENS THE DOOR TO FLOWING WITH OUR EMOTIONS, CONNECT WITH OTHERS AND EXPERIENCE EUPHORIC RELEASE. NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED AND THERE IS NO RIGHT OR WRONG WAY TO MOVE. THE FACILITATOR GIVES OPPORTUNITIES TO PLAY BUT WE ARE TOTALLY FREE TO ENGAGE OR DO OUR OWN THING WITH THE DANCE.

We are delighted to welcome DJ Sophie Bolton! With more than 10 years experience as a dance facilitator and ecstatic dance DJ, Sophie is a fire starter with an incredible versatility to respond to different kinds of audiences. She feels the atmosphere of the dancers and is in her element when behind the decks, finding music that can inspire wild movement and joyful connectivity!
Sophie is also the founder of We are the Cosmic Dance – a conscious dance practice based in Frome, England that brings dance back to its natural roots, combining beautiful outdoor and indoor spaces, exquisite live DJ’d sound journeys and tender, deep-hearted vocal guidance to facilitate a uniquely elemental conscious dance experience! She has also played at major UK festivals like Medicine Festival, Buddhafield, Rumble and is regularly invited in retreats and ecstatic dance communities such as Ecstatic Dance UK, Ecstatic Dance Bristol, Ecstatic Dance Brighton, and more...

Eva (Earth Voice Arts) are sisters collaborating on improvised dreamy soundscapes to ground after movement journeys. Their calling is to inspire people to develop a deeper connection to one's body and voice, to the seasons and cycles of nature.

➤ CEREMONY LEADER SEAGYPSEE
Sea Gypsee is the creatrix of Ecstatic Dance Cardiff and the ceremony leader for this Sunday. With 6 years experience leading circles at the Wild Woman Project, Seagypsee facilitates safe, potent & inclusive containers for people to truly rejuvenate from the inside out. Through space holding, breathing techniques, meditation and intention, she sets the tone for us to simply be ourselves, to feel comfortable and valued within the community.
Seagypsee holds circles, ecstatic dances and ceremonies in Wales, England and France. She also creates offerings at conscious festivals such as All About Love, Medicine Festival, Boomtown, Anthropos among others, as well as holding embodiment retreats in France.
