Scalzi, apriamo uno spazio per danzare in modo libero, senza schemi, senza giudizio. Attraverso il movimento attiviamo la saggezza del nostro corpo, per rilasciare tensioni e rigidità sul piano fisico e mentale.
Niente da dimostrare, niente che devi fare. Semplicemente il tuo corpo ed il tuo piacere.
Un'esperienza che risveglia in noi il ricordo delle nostre origini di esseri estatici.
Incontro aperto a tutte le età, non serve esperienza, solo il desiderio di lasciarsi percorrere dalla Vita.
CHI CONDUCE
Alessandro Massarelli. Bodyworker, facilita da anni gruppi e svolge sessioni individuali di risveglio corporeo, riconnessione al proprio sè ed intimità consapevole, sia online che in presenza. Utilizza il suono, il ritmo, la voce per accompagnare le esperienze proposte attraverso un'ascolto attento del gruppo e delle sue dinamiche.

Ecstatic Dance is a ritual to let go, express yourself, and free your desire to feel alive.
Dance, sing, meditate… let the rhythm and your breath guide you!
Barefoot, we open a space to dance freely—without rules, without judgment. Through movement we activate the wisdom of our body, releasing tension and rigidity on both the physical and mental levels.
Nothing to prove, nothing you have to do. Just your body and your pleasure.
An experience that awakens within us the memory of our origins as ecstatic beings.
This event is open to all ages. No experience is needed—only the desire to let Life move through you.
FACILITATOR
Alessandro Massarelli is a bodyworker who has been facilitating groups for years and offering individual sessions focused on body awakening, reconnection with one’s true self, and conscious intimacy, both online and in person.
He uses sound, rhythm and voice to guide the experiences he offers, through attentive listening to the group and its dynamics.
