What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic Dance is a conscious, freeform movement experience that invites you to dance and move freely, without social expectations or the pressure to perform. It offers a supportive space to release tension, explore deeper layers of self expression, and connect with others through the universal language of movement.
