You're Invited! Come get your groove on and dance it out with a morning movement! What to Expect:
Opening and Coffee! - sign in when you get there. First 15 minutes is greeting, grabbing coffee, meeting people
Guided Body release - with Julia, our facilitator, to help you connect to the body and begin to move
Community Circle - to open and discuss what Ecstatic Dance is about and why we are all here. Review some rules and guidelines for dancing. Discuss respecting each others space.
