Ecstatic dance is a practice of freedom, self expression, release and flow, where anyone can come along and move their body, releasing stagnant energy and elevating their vibration. No shoes, no talking, just dancing.
Sound Healing is a scared practice of blending melodies, sounds and frequencies to align the chakras, and bring a sense of tranquility and balance, while resetting the nervous system.
