This is a space where *all bodies, all budgets, all beliefs, all backgrounds, and all beings* are wholly welcome to let loose and bring their insides to their outsides, inspiring deep healing with wild magic and a co-created safe space for self discovery, self expression, and self love.

🫂 **A Note on Safety & Sensitivity** ⚠️
Elemental Expression is a space committed to *full* acceptance, which includes the complexity of human emotion and experience. *We are not a trigger-free space*. We believe true healing happens when we learn to navigate our internal responses with compassion, and allow others the space to do the same.
Through following a simple set of logical human boundaries (no touching without consent, arrive on time/showered, take responsibility for your triggers/emotions/actions, etc), we open our hearts and spill our guts on the dance floor in the name of LOVE!
To support you further through this process, we have created a soft-sensory-sanctuary called "Sensory Town", designed as a comfortable and private little retreat for when you may be feeling triggered, overstimulated, or just plains snuggly.
Sensory Town includes:
- Soft cushions, blankets, and carpet
- Privacy with a room divider (that you can color on!) + calming tapestry "walls"
- Fidget toys and self-regulation tools
- A selection of divination/affirmation/somatic healing cards
- Noise-cancelling ear muffs
- Various self-care tools
We invite you to utilize this zone freely whenever you need to pause, ground, and tend to yourself during the event.
*A Note About Our Alter/Tools*
We love inviting our community to enjoy and co-create our alter each Sunday. While built ahead of time with with gem stones, divination decks, drums, spell paper, art supplies, sacred waters, healing reference books, and herbs/wood for smudging, any personal or healing items you'd like to put on the alter (to charge, cleanse, or create with) during the gathering are welcome!
(NOTE: We do sage the room before the event begins for energetic hygiene, but will honor your need for a room free of smoke during the event if you have asthma-- Just let the facilitator know ASAP so we can support you!)

SCHEDULE:
***There are specific times to enter or wait outside the room, depending on what you're participating in-- Please read the schedule below, to be prepared for Sunday's outline. 🙂***
- Doors open at 10:55
- Doors close at 11:11
- 11:11-11:45 = Opening circle ceremony*
- 11:45-12:00 = Doors open for group movement + bio break (bathroom/water/any clothing adjustments).
- 12:00-1:30/45 = Doors close & music starts (time to dance!)**
- 1:30/45-2:00 = Closing circle ceremony
- 2:00 = Cleanup/Cannabis smoke circle + commune
^^*You are not required to come to the circle ceremony in order to participate in ecstatic dance! But please note the time/wait for the door to open for group movement/bio break at 11:45 before entering.
^^**Once the playlist begins, the doors close. Elemental Expression is unique, and not a drop-in-whenever ecstatic dance experience to fully embody "the wave"-- Please honor your fellow community members by joining us by 12pm, or waiting until the following Sunday to participate. Thank you, fam!
