Doors open to a warm, welcoming space. Ease in with chill music, nourishing snacks, and connection. Catch up with old friends, meet new ones, or simply arrive slowly into yourself.

We gather in circle, sharing a grounding, heart-opening spiced chai to set the tone for the journey ahead.
