DANCE IS FOR EVERYONE!!! In addition to being a form of physical and emotional expression, it offers health benefits for the body and mind. This space is created to dance with your own rhythm, without any specific dance techniques, and with the freedom to improvise and explore your body's expression. Music is the common thread of this active meditation, which raises our energy to create new, free and conscious movements through our body.
To reconnect and inhabit ourselves, we practice silence. We also invite you to practice a grounding dance without shoes.
In this loving and sacred space, we promote intuitive movements where there is no right or wrong, where there are no predetermined forms, and where your movements are a valid means of expression and can facilitate the release of emotions.
