Curious about Ecstatic Dance? This special introductory session is free, and everyone is encouraged to come experience what it’s all about. Whether you’ve heard about ecstatic dance before or are simply looking for a new way to move, relax, and connect, this evening is an open invitation to explore something different in a welcoming, supportive space.Ecstatic Dance is a free-form, meditative movement experience where participants move freely to music, release stored energy, and connect with their body, emotions, and inner rhythm.
Ecstatic Dance can be a transformative experience, bringing aliveness and joy to the dance floor and into your life.
Ecstatic Dance follows a few simple guidelines designed to create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for self-expression.
- Barefoot or socks only, grounding into the floor
- Come clear and present - no alcohol or substances
- All bodies, ages (18 or older) & abilities welcome - move at your own pace - no dance experience necessary
- This is a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore aspects of yourself and open to more freedom of thought and expression
