It's a place we can experience being ourselves while feeling connected to others and a common source. It is an invitation to be present in and truly feel your body as you move through the emotional waves of your human experience.
Wondering what makes this experience unique?
We dance without words. This makes a meditative or trance state more accessible. During the active dance, there is no verbal instruction from the facilitator or conversation between the dancers. This creates space for you to really drop into feeling and being on a deeper level.
We also dance barefoot and just as we are: without drugs or alcohol, without phones or cameras, without expectations or judgements, without pressure around how you “should” show up. Instead, we dance for freedom.
The space will be held by Audrey Jansen, E-RYT 500, Seek Yoga Studio Owner and Somatic Dance Coach (SAH Method).
Held on Friday, March 20th and April 17th at 7 PM (The experience will be 1.5-2 hours and consists of an opening circle, active dance, and closing circle). $18 investment per dance.
