WHAT IS ECSTATIC DANCE?
Ecstatic Dance is a freeform, conscious dance practice and sound journey. Created by the community for the community, this is intentional time for exploring embodiment, self- expression, catharsis, and play—all through the transformative mediums of movement and music.
Prepare to explore the freedom of dance in a welcoming environment while finding individual expression and collective connection. This non-contact dance allows you to relate playfully to yourself and others in a supportive space, helping to release stress, access inner creativity, and connect with your authentic self.
This is a time and space to be yourself, express yourself and support one another in doing the same.
This event is hosted by Yoga Fire Fox and facilitated by our yogi Kristina.

Appropriate for children aged 7+
We invite you to leave your shoes at the door.

PLEASE BRING a water bottle and wear loose clothing that allows you to move freely.
