EcoRECOVERY is a deeply relaxing, guided meditation with a nature connection. Learn to rest and reconnect with nature and self. Increase mental and physical health, and strengthen your recovery.
EcoRECOVERY gatherings at the No Mud No Lotus Yoga & Healing Center are a one hour sessions held in the comfort of the Ganesha studio room. This is a heated room allowing particpants to be comfortable as the body cools down during this guided session. Ganesha is the remover of obstacles make this the perfect room for people in recovery, or working to get into recovery. We look forward to having you join us for this gentle, community gathering.
