Join EcoMarines at Wynnum Foreshore Whale Park this Clean Up Australia Day for a hands-on environmental action event that turns awareness into impact. Set against sweeping views of Moreton Bay, students, families and community members will roll up their sleeves to remove litter from the foreshore, protecting the very waterways that connect our suburbs to the sea.

In partnership with Urban Utilities and Tangalooma Island Resort, this event goes beyond collecting rubbish. Participants will learn how waste travels through our catchments, how it impacts marine life including turtles, dugongs and dolphins, and why small everyday actions can prevent pollution long before it reaches the ocean.
