Join The Turtle ParadeA Turtle parade will begin the festivities at 10 a.m. featuring giant turtle puppets created by the Green Herons, a youth-led Eco Club. Children and parents/guardians are welcome to join the parade. Go to either the Fleming Centre Library, the Rittenhouse Library or email [email protected] to get a Turtle colouring age. Colour it, glue it to a piece of cardboard and parade with the Green Herons. Meet at the entrance to the Fleming Centre at 9:50 a.m.on the 28th.
Get your deeply discounted or free native tree or shrub
The Town of Lincoln and the Environmental group of the Rotary Club of Lincoln will have a good selection of native trees (and a few shrubs) available for Lincoln residents on a first-come, first-served basis in the Fleming Centre starting at 10:30 a.m.

Several groups will be participating in the Ecofest. There will be lots of things for children to explore and for adults to get good information about.
