It’s rewarding — but it can also be exhausting.
So we’ve created something 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮.
� 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐂𝐍 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐚𝐟𝐞́
A calm, friendly space where you can:
� Sit down with others who “get it”
� Do something creative with your hands
� Enjoy a moment of peace
� Have a chat, a laugh, and maybe a little breather
� Learn what support is out there for you
We’ll also have:
� A mini spa experience from Temple Spa (yes, really!)
� A free goodie bag to take home
� Free refreshments
You’re not expected to “do” anything.
Just come as you are. Stay for as long or as little as you like.

Representatives from Essex Carers Support , Action For Family Carers, and Carers First Essex will also be around for friendly, informal chats.
