Cancellation Policy: I understand that I am responsible for the full payment of this service. Due to the expenses associated with the meeting space, materials and staff resources on behalf of each participant, a 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect.

Full payment is forfeited for no-shows or cancellations made within 24-hours of the event/session start time. you will only receive a credit to be used within 14 days.

If you do not arrive on time, 10 mins before the start time and 10 mins after, you will only receive one credit to be used within 14 days of the event.
