About the Facilitator:
Amanda Boer has been exploring the art of calm across the ages for over 20 years with specialty certifications in yoga, meditation, reiki, energy work, and vibrational healing modalities like tuning forks, sound baths, and Tibetan bowls. Amanda has a BA in studio art from the University of Sioux Falls and a master's degree in social work. Amanda offers coaching, sound baths, and energy work through her business at Alchemy House, Alchemical Awakenings. Amanda is also a holistic oriented licensed clinical mental health therapist in the state of South Dakota at Linking the Gap Counseling.
